Mixing unitSRL-Z Series Mixer is mainly used for compounding, mixing, coloring dry of PVC, PP, PE etc. It can also be used for mixing resin. This machine integrate hot mixing&cold mixing into one. After the hot mixing, the materal will go into the cold mixer for exhausying the remained gas and preventing blocking.1.It is used in mixingdryingcoloring and other processing. it is ideal equipment for producing shaped plastic material and plastic pipes2.The technology of the mainshaft sealing is given the state patent. The heating mixing has two functions: electric heating and steam heating.3.Two layers of sealing technology is adopt in the pot cover.
